“4321 Indonesia” adalah sebuah langkah menuju Indonesia yg lebih baik, di tangan pemudanya.
4 Bukti Indonesia selalu diubah pemuda.
1908, Sutomo waktu mendirikan Boedi Oetomo masih thn pertama kuliah di STOVIA
1928, Kongres Pemuda ke 2 isinya anak anak muda usia 20-24thn. Rapatnya, dilakukan di kost-kostan. Dgn segala keterbatasan sarana komunikasi, mereka berhasil berkumpul dari segala penjuru Indonesia. Tanpa email, sms, twitter, facebook, dll.
1945, Kalau bukan krn pemuda yg memaksa Bung Karno dan Bung Hatta utk merdeka secepatnya, bisa jadi kita tidak jadi merdeka karena sekutu keburu datang dan Jepang sudah menyerah..
1998. Mahasiswa menurunkan rezim 32 tahun Soeharto. Pemuda seluruh Indonesia.
Kalau kita ingin ada perubahan dlm korupsi, kemiskinan, dll menuju ke arah yg lebih baik, maka sejarah telah berulang kali membuktikan, harus dilakukan oleh pemuda.
3 hal yg hrs dimiliki pemuda Indonesia:
Pemahaman yg bener ttg Indonesia,
bukan pemahaman ttg Indonesia yg didapatkan dari berita TV dan koran.
Berita TV dan koran hanya akan ceritakan yg buruk dari Indonesia krn “bad news sells”
Berhenti cari tau ttg Indonesia dari berita akan bikin kita pesimis akan Indonesia.
Cari tau sendiri Indonesia seperti apa. Bacalah buku. Google apa yg ingin diketahui. Jelajahi negerimu. Minimalnya keluarlah dari kota tempat tinggalmu
Makin byk yg kamu tau ttg Indonesia, dijamin akan semakin optimis.
Rasa memilliki Indonesia,
ini penting karena tanpa rasa memiliki, tidak ada keinginan utk mau merapihkan negri ini.
Kalimat yg tepat utk menggambarkan poin ini adalah dari lagu “Tangan Kotor”:
“Lihat Ibumu walau ada pembantu, tetap beres beres rumah, tetap mau nyapu. Rasa memiliki membedakannya dan kamu. Rumah itu miliknya, bukan milik pembantu. Kini lihat keluar, lihat potret bangsamu, God Bless bilang ini ‘Rumah Kita’.. Ingatkah lagu itu? Kalau negara berantakan di matamu, apa kau yg bereskan atau main suruh? Rasa memiliki Indonesia, penting utk tahu kesehatan bangsa”
Pemahaman yg benar akan kepemimpinan.
Penting utk disadari: Leadership is not a position. Its a choice. If you choose to be a leader then a leader you are.
Org yg berpikir Pemimpin adalah jabatan akan menunggu disuruh utk berbuat sesuatu. Atau, tdk mau melakukan sesuatu krn bukan tanggung jawab dia.
Org yg punya kepemimpinan, yg mau menjadi pemimpin, akan punya inisiatif, akan punya tanggung jawab.
Semakin byk org yg mau menjadi pemimpin, semakin maju negri ini.
2 hal yg bisa pemuda lakukan:
Menuntut Perubahan + Menciptakan perubahan
Tuntutlah perubahan kepada pemerintah. Itu hak kita sebagai warga negara. Itu peran kita sebagai pengawas jalannya pemerintahan.
Pemerintah itu harusnya takut pada rakyatnya. Bukan sebaliknya.
Ciptakanlah perubahan yg ingin dilihat dari Indonesia.
Jadilah bagian dari sebuah gerakan, atau mulailah gerakan sendiri.
Cara lain? Berkaryalah.
Org yg berkarya akan hasilkan sesuatu yg luar biasa. Sesuatu yg luar biasa itu akan ikut mengangkat bangsanya
1 hal yg akan bangkitkan Indonesia:
Optimisme.
Pernah liat orang sukses yg pesimis?
Tidak akan ada.
Maka kalau kita ingin negara ini sukses, bangsanya harus optimis.
Indonesia akan jadi negara yg luar biasa, kalau kita mau pahami dan jalankan bersama sama “4321 Indonesia”
