Belakangan ini, posting gue di blog adalah mengenai cara
Cara keras
Cara baik baik
Violent and Non violent.
Sebagai seorang laki laki, adalah di dalam darah gue untuk agresif.
Gue, adalah seorang agressor.
Tapi yang menghalangi untuk gue berantem sama orang ketika dulu adalah resiko yang bisa saja menghampiri bukan gue, tapi orang sekitar gue yang gue sayang.
Setelah menjadi orang tua, ke khawatiran itu lebih kuat.
Kemarin, gue berusaha untuk mengajak followers gue untuk berpikir..
Gue ngetweet seperti ini:
“Hey, ada yg merasa perlu utk kita melawan malaysia diantara kalian?”
lalu gue lanjutkan…
“Selama ada ketidak adilan… Saya akan selalu percaya akan perlawanan..” -Gandhi-
“The question is, do we fight to punish, or do we fight to change things?..” -Gandhi-
“If we want to change things, our fight has no need of violence in any form” -Gandhi- Memang betul, plawanan kita harusnya tanpa kekerasan.
Tujuan gue ngetweet itu adalah supaya kita ingat lagi bahwa perjuangan kita tidak perlu keras karena perjuangan kita, perlawanan kita bukan untuk menghukum siapa siapa, tapi untuk mengubah sesuatu. Karena itu, tidak perlu menggunakan kekerasan..
Kemudian, sahabat gue, seorang teman sejak lama, ngetwet gue
“Gw merasa perlu 
Hahaa!!”
lalu dia lanjutkan
gw rasa kekerasan juga diperlukan untuk menunjukkan kalau kita bukan bangsa yg lembek. So kita melawan untuk menunjukan harga diri..
Kemudian dia ngetweet lagi …
kekerasan untuk sebuah alasan yang benar gw rasa sah-sah saja untuk dilakukan
Disini, gue ngereply tweet dia tadi dengan…
“Kekerasan hanya akan melahirkan kekerasan baru” 
itu isi AMANAT BERSAMA yg ditulis lebih dari 2500 org se-Indonesia
Kemudian teman gue membalas tweet gue dengan:
“jika kita melakukan kekerasan, itu karena sebuah alasan yang kuat dan benar. Buat gw, kta dirampas, kta dicuri, pekerja kta disiksa!”
Sampai disini, gue langsung inget posting gue tentang benar itu relatif dan baik itu mutlak… gue berpikir “Dia uda baca blum ya posting gue itu..”
Membaca Tweet itu, gue penasaran ingin denger jawaban dia kalau gue tanya…
“kalau elo siksa maling, tidakkah anaknya akan balas dendam dan menyiksa anak lo? Kapan usainya? ”
Dia kemudian menjawab …
gw menyiksa maling karena dia maling (hukum dlm bentuk adil). Kalo anak gw bukan maling lalu dipukulin gw ajarin anak gw utk BALAS!
Kemudian temen gue melanjutkan argumennya..
“mngkn trdngar extrim. Nabi Saw prnah diludahi, beliau sabar. Tp, bgtu sobatnya disiksa (n alasan2 lain), beliau mulai jalan keras ”
Disini gue kemudian gatal untuk berkomentar..
“Jaman beliau belum ada bom nuklir “
Dengan ringkas temen gue menjawab..
hahahaaa..kenapa takut pada bom nuklir jika kita ada di pihak yang benar? 
Hehehehehehehehehehe
Entah kenapa gue merasa, jawaban temen gue itu lucu sekali.
Lucu karena entah kenapa temen gue merasa, bahwa bom tidak akan jatuh pada pihak yang benar.
Padahal, dalam perang, siapa yang tau mana yang benar dan mana yang salah?
Memangnya Amerika adalah pihak yang benar sebagai negara yang menjatuhkan bom?
Memangnya Jepang pihak yang salah?
Dalam perang, siapa sih yang bener bener tau siapa pihak yang benar?
Pihak Amerika (dan mungkin kita yang penikmat film Pearl Harbor-nya Ben Afflect dan Josh Harnett) pasti akan merasa dia benar.
Tapi gue jamin, pihak jepang pada saat itu tidak merasa bahwa menyerang pearl harbor sebagai sesuatu yang salah.
KEKERASAN HANYA AKAN MELAHIRKAN KEKERASAN BARU
Ada alasan kenapa tulisan itu muncul di AMANAT BERSAMA , ada alasan kenapa 2500 orang se-Indonesia yang mengedit tulisan itu via wiki menghadirkan poin tersebut.
Karena walaupun kita adalah pihak yang kecurian, kalau malingnya kita siksa, kita hina, dan bukan kita adili DENGAN BAIK maka dendam akan tersimpan di dalam hatinya dan lebih parah lagi, anaknya!
Anaknya, tau bapaknya salah karena mencuri, tapi dia tidak terima dengan penghinaan dan penyiksaan yg diterima bapaknya!
Here’s a true story
So true.
Gue terpaksa tidak menyebutkan nama dalam kisah ini karena sangat sensitif.
Gue tidak mau melukai siapapun.
Suatu hari, seorang maling ayam tertangkap di sebuah dusun.
Maling tersebut, adalah orang dusun itu juga.
Seisi dusun mengenal orang itu.
jadi ketika teriakan “MALIIIIING” berkumandang, seisi dusun keluar dari rumah mereka dan menemukan si maling tertangkap basah dengan ayam di tangannya..
Seorang pria gagah dan tegap, lalu maju ke depan, dan memaki maki si maling..
Menghina dengan lantang, mengajari si maling untuk tidak mencuri.
Menunjuk nunjuk sambil terus menghina si maling…
Maling itu salah.
Pria yang menuding itu benar… walaupun caranya kurang (tidak) baik…
Maling tersebut pada akhirnya dibiarkan bebas…
Karena, selain hanya sekedar ayam, toh dia warga dusun juga.. Maka maling tersebut dimaafkan.
Seminggu setelah kejadian, pria gagah dan tegap tersebut di tusuk dari belakang.
Oleh si maling.
Pria tegap itu, tewas.
Ternyata, si maling merasa terhina dipermalukan di depan umum.
Demi Tuhan kisah ini benar.
Coba gue tanya sama elo?
Dalam keadaan seperti ini, pentingkah untuk kita berpikir BENAR dan SALAH?
Andai saja, pria tegap itu memilih untuk melakukan penyelesaian dengan baik.. mungkin dia masih hidup sekarang.
Yang kasian siapa coba?
ANAK ANAKNYA.

Ini yang gue khawatirkan
Ketika gue bilang “Jaman beliau belum ada bom nuklir “
Gue ga peduli siap yang benar dan siapa yang salah
Gue memikirkan SIAPA YANG JADI KORBAN?
Kalau gue harus berpikir keras sampai botak demi menemukan cara yang damai, yang tidak akan memakan korban anak anak kecil yang tidak bersalah, maka gue memilih botak!

Coba aja.. Gue pengen tau.

Kembali ke obrolan via twitter antara gue dan teman gue akhirnya berhubung mencari kebenaran diantara kami berdua itu akan menghasilkan lebih banyak masalah baru daripada solusi, maka gue praktekan apa yang gue sudah omongkan.
Gue ambil penyelesaian yg baik, gue mengalah
“Ah, bisa jadi elo benar, bisa jadi gue benar. Demi kebaikan gue akui aja argumen elo. Skrg, mari gue benahi rumah yg kebanjiran.”
Temen gue lalu membalas
“mungkin gw tak sepenuhnya benar, barangkali lu juga begitu. Kita harus memasyarakatkan dialog diskusi seperti ini ”
