Benar itu relatif, Baik itu Mutlak
Tahu nggak apa penyebab konflik terbesar diseluruh dunia?
Kebenaran.
Perang dunia I dan II terjadi karena masing masing membela apa yang benar bagi mereka.
Konflik keagamaan juga terjadi karena masing masing membela apa yang benar bagi mereka.
Elo berantem sama pacar lo karena masing masing merasa benar
Bos elo ngamuk ke elo, elo mendendam dalam hati, karena masing masing merasa benar
Kita berteriak teriak biulang kebudayaan kita dicuri, mereka sibuk ngeles dan nuding balik bahwa lagu Indonesia Raya juga tidak orisinil karena semua merasa kebenaran yang mereka yakini dipertanyakan.
Gandhi ditembak karena ada yang merasa Gandhi sudah berjalan ke arah yang salah
Hitler yakin dirinya benar, dunia merasa sebaliknya
Richard Nixon punya keyakinan bahwa apapun yang salah jadi benar kalau dilakukan oleh presiden
Kebenaran

Ini yang dibela sampai titik darah penghabisan oleh semua orang di dunia.
Sedih
Andai saja kita tahu bahwa BENAR itu selalu relatif.
Tergantung dari sudut pandang siapa
Tergantung pada jaman.
Contoh: Dulu dunia meyakini bumi adalah pusat dari tata surya. Dulu. Itu benar. Hingga copernicus menguatkan galileo galilei.
Dulu, manusia tidak bisa terbang. Benar. Hingga ada pesawat.
Dulu ke Bandung nggak mungkin 1,5-2jam. Benar. Hingga ada tol cipularang.
Things change, facts shifted and with it, reality changes.
Apa yang dulu benar sekarang salah, apa yang dulu salah sekarang benar.
Kalau kita nyetir sebuah mobil merah, kita suka ngomel kepada mobil biru yang nglakson kita dari samping kemudian menyalip mobil kita. Tapi kalau kita duduk di dalam mobil biru tersebut, kita akan kesal karena mobil merah itu lelet dan ga jelas nyetirnya… maka kita klakson dan kita salip mobil tersebut.
Get it?
Kebenaran itu selalu relatif.
Yang mutlak, adalah KEBAIKAN.
Baik itu mutlak.
Bayangkan…
Apa jadinya dunia, ketika konflik terjadi, dan mereka sadar sudah muncul konflik diantara mereka, lalu mereka BERHENTI mengejar kebenaran dan langsung melakukan apa yang BAIK utk dilakukan dalam kondisi seperti ini…
Mengejar kebenaran akan membawa kepada konflik.
Merelakan kebenaran untuk mendapatkan kebaikan akan membawa kedamaian.
Damai untuk Indonesia
