Gue dikenal provocative proactive.
Album gue berkata begitu, acara radio gue berkata begitu.
Tapi tadi pagi ketika bangun tidur, ada sesuatu yang tidak berubah di kepala gue.
Gue nggak akan nyontreng.
Argumen gue selalu sama
“Golput adalah tanda bahwa partai dan calegnya tidak mampu meyakinkan gue utk memilih mereka”
Gue bukannya tidak kenal caleg, dan bukannya tidak tau partai dan program programnya.
Gue membawakan acara kontes de parpol di TPI selama 13 episode.
Sepanjang 13 episode itu, gue ketemu dengan SEMUA CALEG DARI SEMUA PARTAI DAN MENDENGAR SEMUA PROGRAM.
Bisa jadi, gue lebih tau caleg, partai dan programnya LEBIH dari kebanyakan orang.
Tapi gue belum bisa yakin siapa caleg yang akan gue contreng.
Caleg Artis?
Caleg yang merusak pohon dengan materi mereka?
Caleg dari partai besar yang ternyata ketauan jelas jelas korupsi?
Caleg dari partai islam yang ga mau joged dangdutan karena bagi mereka haram?
Caleg dari partai yang angkuh?
Caleg dari partai baru yang tidak berpengalaman?
Stand point gue jelas
GUE MAU NYONTRENG.
SUMPAH.
Tapi gue mau nyontreng dengan pasti.
Gue ga mau nyontreng hanya karena biar ga golput.
Bagi gue itu salah.
SAMA SALAHNYA DENGAN GOLPUT.

WHAT?
Bagi gue, suara kita sangat sangat berkekuatan tinggi.
Seperti kata Spiderman “With great power comes great responsibility”
Gue ga mau nyontreng karena “biar ga golput”
Gue ga mau nyontreng sembarangan.
Suara gue punya kekuatan dan dengan kekuatan itu gue harus bertanggung jawab.

Dan sampai dengan tadi pagi, gue masih belum yakin. Dengan lantang gue mengaku secara on air di radio tempat gue bekerja. Hard Rock FM

Terus terang.. gue agak kecewa dengan reaksi diatas.
Gue mengaku on air bahwa gue ga mau nyontreng, lalu gue bilang on air
“Hardrockers, sejujurnya, gue mau nyontreng. Tapi gue masih ga yakin. Bisa bantu gue gak?”
Reaksinya kayak diatas.
Gue ga minta di judge. Gue minta dibantu.
Toh banyak sekali mengaku lewat SMS mereka akan nyontreng walaupun ga tau mau nyontreng siapa. Mereka mengaku akan nyontreng sembarang. Yang penting bukan golput.
Itu bukan pilihan yang benar.
NO SOLUTION IS NOT A SOLUTION.
Untungnya ada beberapa Hardrockers yang mengarahkan gue dengan benar.
Sekarang gue tau apa yang akan gue lakukan.
Gue ga akan nyontreng caleg.
Gue akan nyontreng partai.
Pada akhirnya, partai yang gue pilih, juga bukan partai partai besar.
Gue memilih partai justru karena partai itu spesifik membela sesuatu.
Dan gue ingin ada perwakilan mereka di DPR.
Sekarang, gue yakin akan nyontreng.
Nyontreng gue bertanggung jawab dan jelas.
