Selama masih banyak orang yg berpikir Pemimpin adalah jabatan, maka Indonesia akan susah utk maju.
Bisa, tapi susah.
Menjadi pemimpin tidak perlu menunggu jabatan. Yang jadi pemimpin bukanlah mereka yang punya pangkat atau predikat.
Menjadi pemimpin adalah pilihan.
Siapapun bisa menjadi pemimpin utk lingkungannya.
Siapapun bisa menjadi pemimpin utk negaranya.
Indonesia butuh lebih banyak orang yang sadar bahwa menjadi pemimpin adalah pilihan.
Indonesia butuh lebih banyak orang yang mau menjadi pemimpin
Karena pemimpin adalah orang visioner yg mau berjuang utk yg lain. Pemimpin adalah orang yg mau mengambil inisiatif.
Apabila masyarakat Indonesia banyak yang menjadi pemimpin maka tidak ada lagi kejadian orang orang menunjuk ke atas meminta perubahan. Tidak ada lagi kejadian anak muda menunggu “pemimpinnya” utk memerintahkan sesuatu.
Apabila masyarakat Indonesia banyak yang menjadi pemimpin maka banyak yg akan ambil inisiatif untuk Indonesia.
