Temen gue bilang, ” Ga adil. Elo berpenghasilan seperti ini hanya dengan ngomong ngomong doang… Gue kerja keras kayak orang gila cuma dibayar 1/4 dari yg elo terima tiap bulan”

Gue uda melewati masa masa dimana gue berpenghasilan Rp 20.000,- sebulan disaat elo udah Rp 500.000,- an.
Gue udah melewati masa ketika gue berpenghasilan Rp 500.000,- elo berpenghasilan Rp 1.500.000,-
Kuncinya adalah di omongan temen gue sendiri ” Gue kerja keras kayak orang gila…”
Salah sendiri.
Gak jaman kali kerja keras. Sekarang jamannya kerja cerdas.
Emangnya Steve Jobs masuk kantor selalu tepat waktu?
Emangnya Jack Welch ga pernah ngambil cuti?
Emangnya Phil Knight selalu ada di kantor tiap hari?
Emangnya LeBron James kerjanya cuma latian?
Sukses tidak datang kepada mereka yang kerja keras SAJA.
Setiap orang sukses dengan cerdas menata pekerjaannya.
Mereka tidak diperbudak waktu, mereka mengatur waktu.
Mereka mengambil resiko dan mencoba sesuatu yang baru
DEMI menemukan cara terbaik dalam melakukan sesuatu.
Kebanyakan orang orang hanya mau mengambil cara aman. Takut dengan resiko yang ada.

Gue pelajari cara gue menjalankan pekerjaan gue, terinspirasi dari Tiger Woods yang selalu mengamati video pertandingannya karena ingin mengamati swing-nya.
Gue paksa diri gue untuk menjadi visioner, terinspirasi dari visi seorang Steve Jobs dan Phil Knight.
Gue memilih untuk TIDAK kerja keras.
I have to be smarter than this.
Gue HARUS kerja cerdas.
At the end of the day, every chosen career COULD pay you big time.
Its just a matter of how good you are.
Elo dosen? Merasa gajinya ga cukup besar?
Mungkin elo kerjanya ga cerdas selama ini? Sibuk kerja keras sehingga tidak pernah memikirkan apa yang harus elo lakukan untuk karir lo? Mungkin kerja lo ga bagus sehingga ga berkembang
Buanyak banget dosen dosen kaya.
“Shyt man, yang menentukan besar atau kecilnya gaji seseorang bukanlah jenis pekerjaannya, tapi bagus atau tidak seseorang dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya..”
Temen gue kerjanya cuma main Yo-yo. Tapi dari Yo-Yo itu dia keliling dunia dan dibayar besar untuk menjadi juri kejuaraan yo-yo tingkat dunia.
Okeu (namanya temen gue) adalah juara dunia Yo-Yo. Orang Indonesia asli.
“Life is’nt fair… ” Begitu jawabnya…
