Hari ini (untuk kesekian kali) ditanya pendapat gue tentang musisi yang lipsync di TV
Masalahnya twitter bukan tempat yang tepat untuk menjelaskan sesuatu sehubungan dengan keterbatasan 140 huruf
Jadi gue terangkan opini gue disini
Keputusan lipsync di acara musik di TV itu adalah alasan teknis (menurut gue)
Lipsync atau Playback mengurangi resiko teknis ketika musti LIVE.
Cont0h: Untuk bisa memainkan musik secara live, harus check sound dulu. Check sound makan waktu yang panjang (utk anak band atau mereka yang kerja di EO pasti paham) mengingat acaranya pagi pagi dan LIVE maka bisa dibayangkan musti jam berapa mereka atau kru mereka checksound.. Bisa dibayangkan jam berapa kru TV harus standby
Contoh: Beberapa diantara mereka, main pagi pagi secara LIVE di TV dalam kondisi mereka baru banget mendarat dari manggung malamnya di luar kota.. Suara mereka pasti serak dan habis. Kalau nyanyi LIVE pasti kualitasnya meragukan.. Percaya sama gue, kalau kerjaan elo nyanyi mulu tiap hari, manggung seccara total, suara lo kelak akan ada habisnya juga
Banyak orang yang berujar “Payah nih idealisme musisi, kualitas musisi dipertanyakan kalau nggak mau atau ga bisa memaksakan utk live di TV”
Menurut gue, ucapan itu naif sekali.
Harus dipahami, hadir diacara musik di TV adalah sarana promosi pada musisi, bukan tempat mereka bener bener berkarya.
Kalau mau menilai kualitas seorang musisi, gue tantang elo untuk nonton langsung penampilan mereka di konser secara langsung
Baru elo bisa berpendapat dengan adil.
ps: Setau gue, memang ada beberapa musisi yang tidak dikasih live karena menurut para produser TV suaranya jelek kalau live, sering fals, dll… Tapi ga semua kayak gitu dan ga adil kalau kita pukul rata semua musisi kualitasnya buruk hanya karena mereka lipsync.
