Di PowerLunch Markplus kemarin, sambil bingung dan kurang nyaman disuruh duduk di depan semua orang, gue berpikir apa KUNCI dari kemajuan bangsa..
Lalu gue tiba tiba menemukannya diantara omongan orang orang hebat yang hadir pada hari itu.
Perlu gue tekankan, SEMUA orang orang disana pada hari itu adalah orang orang yang SUDAH membuktikan kehebatannya
Bahkan buktinya hingga bermilyar milyar dalam bentuk omset … hehehe
Tapi gue merasa menemukan jawabannya dan itu adalah PASSION

Hal terbaik yang bisa kita lakukan untuk diri sendiri SEKALIGUS untuk negeri adalah: Menemukan PASSION.
Karena kalau elo belum menemukan passion elo, besar kemungkinan elo tidak akan melakukan sesuatu yang besar untuk siapapun. Elo, ataupun negeri.
Karena semua hal hal besar yang terjadi di dunia adalah karena passion yg besar.
Dari passion seorang Steve Jobs sampai passion seorang Gandhi sampai passion seorang Bung Hatta, sampai passion seorang Magic Johnson.
SEMUA kesuksesan setiap orang terjadi karena mereka menemukan passion mereka. Bahkan walaupun telat, Colonel Sanders-pun menemukan kesuksesan di umur yang cukup tua setelah beliau menemukan passionnya.
Tidak terkecuali SEMUA orang yang hadir hari itu di PowerLunchnya Pak Hermawan Kertajaya. Orang yang passionnya adalah Marketing.
Ketika kita sudah menemukan passion kita, maka kita akan MAU untuk berkarya! Walaupun jatuh bangun, walaupun tanpa dukungan uang, walaupun susah. Kalau itu passion kita, maka kita AKAN berusaha untuk mewujudkan karya kita itu.
Kalau kita sudah berani dan berhasil berkarya, maka kita sudah menciptakan perubahan.
Baik untuk diri kita, dunia sekitar kita, termasuk bangsa kita.
Ada sedikit epilog:
Ketika pemuda Indonesia hanya mau menuntut perubahan, itu adalah tanda bahwa mereka menyerahkan kekuatan perubahan kepada orang orang tua.
Ketika pemuda Indonesia hanya mau menuntut perubahan, itu adalah tanda bahwa mereka menyerahkan hidupnya kepada orang orang tua.
Padahal Indonesia tercipta karena anak mudanya memilih untuk menciptakan perubahan.
Maka temukan passion, berkaryalah, dan ciptakan perubahan!
