Sering kali ada orang yang nanya “Kenapa sih mas harus ada pengaruh asing dalam karya mas?”
Lalu ditanya “Kenapa suka pake istilah dalam bahasa inggris?”
Atau “Apa pendapat mas tentang orang orang hebat yang memilih untuk berada di luar negri daripada di Indonesia?”
Andaikan mereka rajin rajin menoleh ke belakang dan melihat masa lalu, mereka akan sadar bahwa sejak dulu, keberhasilan Indonesia banyak terjadi karena pengaruh asing
Contoh:
Dahulu, para pejuang kemerdekaan di Indonesia, memperjuangkan daerahnya masing masing
Namun ketika para penjuang kemerdekaan dari setiap daerah bertemu di suatu tempat yang sama, mereka sama sama menyadari persamaan mereka dan sama sama menyadari kebutuhan untuk bersatu
Tempat itu adalah, Belanda.
Bung Hatta, memperjuangkan sumatera barat contohnya..
Ketika Bung Hatta ke Belanda, perjuangan beliau tidak lagi untuk Sumatera Barat tapi untuk Indonesia karena bertemu dengan begitu banyak tokoh tokoh dari daerah lain yang punya perjuangan serupa.

Rasanya aneh kalau kita hari ini mempertanyakan “Apa pendapat mas tentang orang orang hebat yang memilih untuk berada di luar negri daripada di Indonesia?”
Masalah pengaruh asing kepada karya siapapun anak bangsa Indonesia juga tidak perlu dipertanyakan.
Lah, pengaruh asing terhadap Ki Hadjar Dewantoro, DR Tjipto MAngunkusumo, Mohammad Hatta, begitu besar. Ngomong aja dalam keseharian nyampur dengan bahasa indonesia, bahasa inggris, dan bahasa belanda.
Bung Karno dalam pidatonya saja suka nyampur nyampur pake bahasa inggris. (kalau ga percaya lakukan riset sendiri , google atau cek di wiki)
Masak kita mau bilang mereka tidak nasionalis karena penggunaan istilah tersebut?
Kadang orang suka terlalu sibuk memperhatikan yang kurang penting, dan kehilangan konsentrasinya untuk memikirkan hal hal yang jauh lebih penting.
Hanya karena dia lebih paham dan lebih mengerti hal hal yang tidak penting itu tadi.
Sangat disayangkan…
