Banyak diantara kita yang suka mencela para “alay” yang menghiasi layar kaca sebagai pasukan hore hore ketika musisi Indonesia sedang bernyanyi di layar kaca..
Termasuk bahkan gue terkadang
Saking bosannya gue melihat gerakan monoton mereka, di Monchows gue minta mereka untuk
“Nggak boleh ada gerakan yang sama.. keluarkan kepribadian masing masing yaa!”

Tapi merekapun berusaha untuk tidak melakukan gerakan yang sama… mentok mentok kalau mati gaya mereka paling tepuk tangan..
Tapi semakin lama gue mengenali mereka, semakin gue memaklumi mereka.
Diantara mereka, ada para pekerja keras.
Jadi seperti yang mungkin elo sudah pikirkan, ada diantara para PSK (Pekerja Studio Komersil) adalah anak sekolah yang bolos, ada yang sekolah siang, tapi kebanyakan adalah yang tidak melanjutkan kuliah selepas SMA..
Untuk mereka, hadir di studio stasiun televisi bukanlah sekedar teriak teriak dan bergaya robot.
Mereka sedang bekerja. Bayangkan berapa yang mereka hasilkan kalau setiap hari mereka hadir di studio itu selama sebulan.
Sebulan adalah lama waktu mereka bekerja untuk sebuah acara sebelum mereka dirotasi dengan penonton lain. Ketika mereka digantikan di Monchows, rombongan yang lama nggak nganggur, mereka pindah kerja ke stasiun TV lain..
Gue sering ketemu dengan penonton yang itu itu lagi ketika gue pindah pindah acara..
Dari Hole In The Wall di RCTI, ke Cas Cis Cus di ANTV, ke Boombastis di RCTI lalu Monchows di Global TV, mukanya ada yang itu itu lagi..
Mereka pekerja keras yang sering dihina hina.. padahal, ada diantara mereka yang menjadi PSK untuk kebutuhan keluarga, membantu orang tuanya..
Sebagian besar dari mereka punya sebuah impian yang lebih besar lagi..
Beberapa artis terkenal yang elo liat hari ini, yang berpenghasilan luarbiasa besar, yang bahkan menang sebagai presenter terbaik se-Indonesia adalah dulunya juga PSK
Ada banyak PSK yang jadi orang sukses, salah satunya adalah Olga Syahputra.
Terlepas dari banyaknya penilaian terhadap Olga, tidak mungkin kita memungkiri fakta bahwa dia adalah salah satu pekerja terkeras di Indonesia.
Nah dia adalah sosok yang jadi pemicu semangat para PSK.
Kalau Olga bisa seperti itu, maka mereka juga bisa
Dan siapalah kita menghina usaha mereka untuk bisa jadi orang kaya kalau itu untuk keluarganya?
Seperti kisah yang gue sering dengar tentang Raffi Ahmad yang bekerja sangat keras untuk ibu dan keluarganya yang lain.. Sampai gue berpikir, terserahlah dia mau pacaran sama perempuan yang umurnya jauh lebih tua dari dia.. he probably deserved to do what ever it takes to make himself happy.
Besides, who wouldnt be happy dating Yuni Shara?
Jadi ada baiknya kita berhenti menghina para PSK.. itu cara mereka mencari uang. cara mereka meniti karir.
Sama seperti elo, tapi beda caranya..
Kenapa kita harus mencela mereka?
Kenapa kita harus menahan mereka?
Biarlah mereka bergerak bagaikan robot..
Toh mereka melakukan itu dalam konteks bekerja, seperti elo dan gue
Dan seperti elo dan gue…
Setiap orang boleh bermimpi..
