Pagi ini gue menemukan sebuah shout di pandji.com yang mengarahkan gue ke sebuah link.
Disitu gue bertemu dengan Avanti yang punya masukan terhadap lirik di album gue.
Menarik sekali bahasannya Avanti, gue kemudian membalas opininya disini.

Ji, pertama2 sukses ya albumnya.. tp sejujurnya pas denger lagu lo, gw langsung bingung dan mengrenyitkan dahi.
Yang gw dapet dari liriknya kurang lebih = ‘Jangan cman membuat wacana-wacana tanpa solusi’ alias, Jangan suka ngritik doank, tp gag ngasih jalan keluar.
Bukannya wacana dan solusi itu suatu proses yang gradual dan berkesinambungan? Gimana mgkn kita bisa ngasih solusi atau do something kalo ga pernah ada wacana dan kritik itu sendiri?
Terus juga gw agag bingung ama lirik lagu dia yg judulnya ‘Ada Yang Salah’.
“Ada lagi nih, Masalah surat kabar, atau koran.
Yang merasa berlangganan coba angkat tangan?
Namanya langganan pasti bayarnya diblakang, tapi, buat apa kalau kabar buruk doang ha?
Pembunuhan, Kebakaran, Korupsi, lalu pemerkosaan.
Ga mampu bayar sekolah lalu bunuh diri, atau artis, ketangkap bawa ecstasy, masak sih? Hutan kita tebang cuma buat gini?
Buat apa bayar untuk dapet kabar sedih?
(Eh tapi ini fakta bung)
Tapi faktakan nggak harus begini, coba usik orang orang yang demo di jalan.
Metoda yang sama dipake tahun 60an, coba gue tanya prosentase keberhasilan, dalam metoda kalian turun kejalan, bandingkan dengan keberhasilan kalian bikin macet di jalan?”
Sebagai orang yang membaca koran tiap hari, gw ngerasa lirik Panji ini cukup ada yang salah. Apa mgkn koran yang dibaca Panji itu mgkn koran lampu merah? Kalo itu gw sepakat, isinya emang trashy bgt, dan ga perlu dilangganin. Menurut gw, membaca itu adalah suatu sikap hidup yang sangat membangun kita. Koran juga menjadi jendela kita melihat kondisi dunia dan juga negara kita. Koran (bukan lampu merah dan sebagainya-red) membuat kita bisa lebih aware dan care untuk do something untuk memperbaiki negeri ini. Seperti misalnya, kasus anak bunuh diri karena gag bisa bayar sekolah, ini menurut gw bukan kisah sedih yang diangkat oleh koran tanpa alesan. Ini jelas menunjukan bahwa kemiskinan di Indonesia ini udah semakin parah, dan kita harus aware dan melakukan sesuatu dengan cara kita masing2.
Terus juga soal demonstrasi,ya Panji, fyi, demonstrasi adalah suatu konsekwensi logis dari negara demokratis. Demonstrasi adalah salah satu cara untuk mengaspirasikan pikiran kita. Parameter kesuksesan suatu aksi bukan semata2 langsung terkabulkannya materi yang di demonstrasikan.Tp dengan kita berdemonstrasi bisa membuat pihak pihak lain lebih aware dan malah mgkn terinsipirasi. Orang ga mgkn demo kalo ‘gada yang salah’ dengan negeri ini. Jadi pesan dan esensi dari demo itu sendiri harus dikontemplasikan dulu. Bukan menstigma demonstrasi = kemacetan.

Mudah2an kita bisa sama-sama membangun Indonesia dan menjadikannya lebih baik lagi.
Sukses deh sekali lagi albumnya, gw salut lo berani keluar dari comfort zone. Terus berkarya dan berkesenian!

Album gue tidak memberikan pesan itu karena gue juga meyakini bahwa kritik tidak selamanya harus langsung disertai solusi. Kadang solusi datang setelah melewati proses dimana diskusi bisa jadi salah satu bagian dari proses tersebut.
Album gue ingin memprovokasi.
Karena dari provokasi, harapan gue, muncullah diskusi (persis seperti yang kita lakukan sekarang
Dari diskusi akhirnya kita bisa betul betul membahas dan mempelajari sebuah subjek secara cermat. Di akhir semua itu, Insya Allah yang terbaik akan muncul ke permukaan.
Terlalu sering kita menelan mentah mentah tanpa menyaring terlebih dahulu.

Avanti, bagi gue Koran adalah salah satu musuh global warming.

Bukan rahasia bahwa untuk membuat koran, begitu banyak pohon yang jadi korban.
Lalu buat apa kita melihat begitu banyak KAMPANYE PENANAMAN 1000 POHON kalau kita tetap mengkonsumsi secara boros produk yang menumbangkan pohon??
Kayak nanem 1000 pohon dan kemudian tebang 1000 pohon.
Kenapa? Terutama ketika sekarang sudah ada detik.com, kompas.com, liputan6.com, metrotvnews.com, cnn.com, tempointeractive.com, time.com, dll.
Bikin koran itu, nebang pohon, kemudian dengan sejumlah truk dibawa ke pabrik untuk jadi pulp, dibawa lagi ke pabrik lain untuk dipotong dan dijadikan kertas, kemudian dibawa lagi ke pabrik lain untuk diisi tinta dan menjadi koran.
Apakah kita harus melalui semua proses mahal dan boros tadi 10-15 tahun dari sekarang?
Berapa banyak limbah dan polusi dari semua proses itu?
Tentu internet belum bisa diakses dgn mudah oleh semua orang, tapi untuk yang bisa seperti elo dan gue, buat apa langganan koran?
Ngapain nunggu besok pagi untuk tahu berita terpanas? Gue bisa tau detik ini.
Gue sebenarnya gapapa kok dengan berita buruk itu, tapi gue ga mau bayar dan menumbangkan pohon untuk itu.

Gue mau memfokuskan pada kalimat
“Demonstrasi adalah salah satu cara untuk mengaspirasikan pikiran kita. ”
SALAH SATU.
Bukan SATU SATUNYA.
Tapi faktanya adalah (terutama bagi mahasiswa)satu satunya cara untuk mengaspirasikan pikiran kita, kepedulian kita terhadap keadaan negara, adalah dengan demonstrasi.
Mana cara yang lain?
Apa yang salah dari demonstrasi?
Demonstrasi adalah bukti bahwa kebanyakan orang (terutama mahasiswa) saat ini stagnan. Dan nyaman di Comfort zone.
Sumpah pemuda, Kebangkitan Nasional, adalah bukti bahwa jaman dulu anak mudanya inovatif dan keluar dari solusi yang umum pada masa itu.
Saat ini, semua orang, rakyat Indonesia disemua daerah belajar dari para mahasiswa.
Merekapun, berdemo.
Tapi apa yang terjadi dengan mereka ketika berdemo?
RUSUH.
Elo dan gue dan siapapun yang baca obrolan kita ini tau bahwa banyak demonstrasi yang berakhir rusuh.
ITU BUKAN SEMANGAT DEMONSTRASI.
Mereka disusupi.
Disusupi provokator.
Bagaimana cara kita (terutama mahasiswa) menghentikan aksi rusuh terhadap sesama bangsa Indonesia?
SOLUSI LAIN UNTUK MENGASPIRASIKAN PIKIRAN KITA DILUAR DEMONSTRASI
Mahasiswa = MAHA SISWA.
Siswa paling MAHA.
Seharusnya mahasiswa lebih pintar untuk mencari solusi solusi lain.
Solusi baru.
Yang bisa menjadi solusi baru untuk rakyat yang selalu menatap kepada para mahasiswa.
Dengan provokasi untuk mencari dan menjalankan solusi baru, mahasiswa jadi kembali inovatif.
Saat ini, semua berdemonstrasi karena sekedar demosntrasi.
Gue pernah melihat 8 orang demo di bunderan HI dengan bendera organisasi yang lebih besar daripada pesan pesan yang tertulis di kertas A2 yang mereka bawa.
Apa yang sebenarnya sedang diteriakkan?
Pesan?
Atau Bendera organisasi-nya?
Provokasinya: Cari solusi lain SELAIN demonstrasi
