Gue belum menganggap diri gue sukses.
Karena standar sukses gue bukanlah berdasarkan standar orang lain selain gue.
Tapi banyak orang yang bertanya apa rahasia sukses gue.
Walau gue enggan disebut sukses, gue tau maksud pertanyaan mereka, dan ini jawaban gue
SEMANGAT dan KEYAKINAN.

Tapi masing masing besarnya LUARBIASA.
Semangat dan Keyakinan yang luarbiasa.
Gamila pernah ngomong sesuatu (dan gue setuju)
“The first sign of winning is feeling it. The first sign of losing is feeling it.”
Pokoknya kalau kita sudah merasa akan menang, ada keyakinan akan menang, itu adalah pertanda awal kemenangan.
Tapi kalau belum mulai udah merasa akan kalah, itu juga tanda tanda bahwa kekalahan akan datang.
Sering kali gue mengerjakan sesuatu hanya dengan modal semangat dan keyakinan.
Kalau gue udah semangat mengerjakan sesuatu, keyakinan gue akan muncul dengan sendirinya.
Dalam olahraga bola basket, terutama untuk atlet atlet besar, ketika di lapangan mereka tidak lagi fokus tentang bagaimana tembakan 3 angkanya bisa masuk. Itu mah di latihan. Mereka sudah berlatih berjam jam agar tembakan 3 angkanya masuk. Di lapangan kala pertandingan, tinggal masalah mental. Semangat dan keyakinan.
Sering kali, usai melesakkan tembakan 3 angka, atlet seperti Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Robert Horry, dan lain lain ditanya apa yang ada dipikirannya ketika menembak 3 angka di detik detik terakhir jawabannya rata rata sama “I just knew it was going in”
Tulisan ini, adalah pengingat, bahwa apapun yang elo ingin kerjakan, ingin capai, ingin dapatkan, siapapun elo, gue yakin elo bisa capai dan dapatkan. Selama elo punya semangat dan keyakinan.
Gue yakin ketika nonton TV entah itu acara musik atau sinetron, orang sering mikir
“Kenapa sih orang ini bisa jadi penyanyi / artis sinetron padahal ga punya bakat?”
padahal, harusnya mereka bertanya kepada diri elo sendiri
“Kenapa mereka bisa percaya diri dan gue tidak dengan bakat yang gue punya?”
