A very weird one…

Gue butuh supir..
Yang kemarin, belum 3bulan probation udah gue putuskan setelah 1 bulan kerja.
Look, i know what you think, im mean.
But it aint my fault.
The man lives in Jakarta for 8 years AS A DRIVER.
And he have no clue about ARTERI, RATU PLAZA, MAYESTIK, i told him to go to wijaya, he took me to senopati!!!
Masalahnya kalau dia nggak tau dan ngaku.. masih gapapa… Tapi dia selalu mengaku TAU JALAN.
Now i am a very sleepy man.
I do not have to explain why.
Everytime i sleep on him, we got lost!
Supir harusnya memudahkan hidup gue, bukan menyusahkan…
(keluh)
Maka mencari lagi lah gue…

Suatu hari yang indah, datanglah seseorang mau melamar jadi supir.
Orang ini, dari awal interview kerja.. duduknya nyender ke belakang…
It was like he was slacking a bit… Ga kayak lagi mau interview.. kayak orang kekenyangan makan…
He’s 38 yrs old…
And when i asked what his previous job was he told me this exact word
“Saya belum pernah kerja jadi supir, sebelumnya saya di bagian pemasaran”
I was like… “Whatthafuct? You were in marketing?”
Gue tanya pemasaran di bidang apa , dia jawab pemasaran buku sekolah anak anak.. Ternyata dia perusahaannya gulung tikar sejak pemerintah menjalankan program buku gratis.
Nampaknya dia kerja di distribusi buku kecil dan kalah tender dengan distributor besar yang ditunjuk pemerintah.
Pas gue tanya kenapa bapak ga kerja lagi sebagai pemasaran di perusahaan lain…
Setelah muter muter akhirnya dia menjawab… “Udah males”
Entah males kerja , atau males nyari kerja, atau males berusaha..
Entah. They all sound the same.
MALAS.
I didnt feel good about this man.. So i asked him
“Bapak ada yang mau ditanyakan?”
He straight asked me about his salary.
Now this might sound normal to you.
But i would like for him to ask me things.
“Kemana aja kerjanya.. paling banyak daerah jakarta bagian mana? dll”
Jangan langsung tanya gaji…
Terakhir… (dan ini gong-nya)
Dia nanya ke Gamila “Ibu rencananya mau mulai kapan?”
“Secepatnya sih pengennya.. kenapa pak?”
Dia jawab
“Soalnya senin saya gladiresik, selasa saya wisuda S2″
WHATTHAFUCT?????????????
