Pertanyaanya, bagaimana prosentasi pembagian dananya yang IDEAL menurut elo? Berhubungan dengan arah pembangunan yang menurut elo ideal juga yaa…
Misalnya menurut elo PENDIDIKAN adalah aspek terpenting, lalu elo kasi prosentase dana paling besar, dst, dst…
Kalau kita taro 100% di satu aspek, mungkin bisa total dan berhasil tercapai keberhasilan utk aspek tersebut (ini dengan asumsi tidak ada korupsi ya)
Tapi kalo 100% ke 1 aspek aja, aspek yang lain gimana dong?
Tapi kalau disebar rata, uangnya setengah setengah dan hasilnya juga setengah setengah..
Nah menurut elo komposisi pembagian uangnya gimana? alasannya kenapa?
